Bill and I spent a portion of the weekend making phone calls to the 2009 CSA shareholders with a CSA update. Our first delivery will be delayed by one week and we will extend the season in November by one week to ensure the full 28 weeks of deliveries. As you all have been experiencing with us, there has been so much rain combined with very cool evening temperatures which has stunted the growth of our early crops. It was a difficult decision to make but we want what is best for the CSA members and our vegetable plants.

The 2008 CSA season has only 5 deliveries left and it feels like the time flew by. We have had a great harvest and are excited as we begin planning for 2009!
